Research units

Research Groups

Scientific research at the Astronomical Observatory in Belgrade is conducted within eight research groups. The results are mostly published in international journals and the Serbian Astronomical Journal. On average, the Observatory annually produces around 50 scientific papers. According to the assessments of the relevant ministry, projects carried out at the Observatory over the past 10 years have consistently ranked among the best in Serbia.
