Serbian in kind contribution to LSST (SER-SAG1 and SER-SAG2)

In-kind contribution of the SER-SAG team to the Vera C. Rubin Observatory's Legacy Survey of Space and Time (LSST) has two parts:

• SER-SAG1 (software contribution) and
• SER-SAG2 (telescope contribution).
